Hi there,

Our names are James and Antonella. We're a mid 40's couple with 2 teenage children, travelling as a family to the UK and Italy in mid 2024.

Our 4 bedroom home is positioned on the western side of Bathurst in Windradyne; a 5 minute drive to the Bathurst CBD and only 35 minutes to Orange.

We will be travelling from mid-June to late July, therefore the property itself won't require a great deal of maintenance during that time; not much grows during the Bathurst Winter and you'll probably want to avoid swimming in the pool at that time of the year (up to you!). The home has fully ducted heating, ensuite to the main, FTTP internet and a very open plan.

We have very sociable Labrador (Django), a discreet Blue Russian Cat (Toby), and are regularly visited by the neighbouring Kangaroos, Cows and Sheep that reside on the land behind our home.

Overall, the maintenance is very easy (with closeby family assistance available in case of emergency).

Our home is in a very quiet suburban street, 1km from the local shops, close to parks and a bus stop on the front door.

We have a large frontage and double driveway if parking a van.

Ideally we're looking for a mature single / couple that enjoy the company of a playful 6yo dog and want to enjoy the features of the Central West, including the Winter Festival in July.
