Hamish is an 11 year old Jack Russell/Chihuahua/Maltese/Shih Tzu X - he loves meeting people, long walks with plenty of time to sniff and explore, destroying all squeakers, kongs stuffed with treats and pat'n'cuddles. He is affectionate, loving and pretty low maintenance. Whilst he is getting on in age, Hamish is boisterous, energetic and not afraid to express his opinion. But he is also very well behaved and responds well to commands - he even understands left and right when being walked and you want him to turn a particular direction. Hamish loves being brushed and I generally do it every week or so, depending on how rough he is looking. He will be freshly groomed prior to the house sit. Hamish is fed food that I prepare myself, I will leave an ample supply for the house sitter.

House Tasks

I require the house sitter/s to: * Attend to normal household duties such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, bathroom/toilet cleaning, fridge cleaning, oven cleaning etc. * Walk Hamish daily (weather depending - I don't want him walked if it is too hot (30 degrees plus) and he won't walk if it's raining * Provide regular updates/videos/photos of Hamish * Note that the house is newly built and the garden has not yet been landscaped, however, I am hoping to have this done prior to May, so some monitoring of the garden will be required (it will be irrigated, and planted with natives, so it will mostly be a case of turning on the drippers for a period of time IF it hasn't been raining)
