Modern queen bed, washing machine, gas oven, conventional oven/microwave, BBQ, large fridge, slow cooker, WiFi, NBN, smart TV, Netflix, security cameras. Upgraded place in lots of aspects.
...Most importantly, a 12 years old lady and a 1year old boy inside-outside cats. Outside means backyard only for her.. She is a homie type. They both are disexed and vaccinated.
...Morialta conservation park is 7 minutes drive. Local recreational park "The Gums" is 5 minutes walk. Good coffee and breakfast just the end of the street.
Shopping centre nearby. Buddhist temple is 400m away. Christian churches are nearby.

Pets & farm animals

My cats are not needy but loves attention. They have a constant dry food holder. They need to be fed with can of tunas and they love treats.

Plants need watering, depending on the weather.
