We live on 20 acres just out of town and have a magnificent view of the mountains. This is a stunning, private and quiet place to live. No neighbours within yelling distance. There is also the Gippsland Plains Rail Trail walking track directly out the front of the property.

Our property has an indoor, heated and in-ground pool. Massive lawn, outdoor entertainment area, stables and carport - all available to house sitters. Great for families or a couple with an amount of savvy.

Occasional, seasonal mowing and watering required. The garden is low maintenance.

Our house is massive; 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, playroom, lounge room and office. Air-conditioning and heating in all. It’s also been recently renovated. But don't stress, it's also low maintenance.
