We live in a beautoful Californian Bungalow in a quiet tree lined street, only a short walk from the delicious Eton Mall in Oakleigh. We require a mature, calm and cat loving house/cat sitter to keep our cat Carl Williams company while we are away. Carl is super smoochy, but loves just hanging out in the garden and bringing the odd mouse home :). He is more relaxed at home than in a cattery and just loves calm and relaxed company.
Pets & farm animals
Carl is a 12 year old friendly, affectionate, charming and sometimes chatty orange domestic short hair. He is generally outside in the garden and visiting neighbours, but comes home regularly for snacks and pats. He has access through the cat door and comes and goes as he pleases. He does have a routine of breakfast at 6am, but then he will let you go back to sleep ?? Carl does have some mild arthritis and Carl’s lucky sitter will have to help Carl with some oral pain medication each day. (Syringe into his mouth … of course he won’t eat it if it’s in his food) ??
House Tasks
We would require you to please feed Carl twice daily, to give Carl his pain medication each day, to sleep at the house every night, to water indoor weekly and outdoor plants plants twice weekly.
