Villa unit. 2-bdrm. Small courtyard. Very comfortable. One medium sized dog & one cat. Feed cat & dog each day. Walk dog each day. 30mins sufficient. She’s not particularly high energy. She’s soo sweet. Prefer one person only and no other pets, my pets will not tolerate other pets in the house.

Pets & farm animals

Cat - 15 yrs. loves a neck scratch. Fairly low maintenance. Uses cat door as prefers to do her business in the courtyard. Does not leave courtyard. Sleeps inside at night. Dog - King Charles Cavalier. Very sweet nature. Can be nervous or anxious. Doesn’t bark. Only short walks each day (maybe 20-30mins at a regular pace - no ball throwing or off lead). We have a small park across the road as well as many others within 1km

House Tasks

Keep pets happy. ?? Keep unit clean. Water indoor plants. Pets ok being on their own for a few hours a day but not for hours and hours & prefer someone who is going to be home evenings much of the time.
