A lovely stay in my Clayton South home to look after my 2 black cats whilst I take a trip away to be with family. I live in a sweet 1950s double fronted cottage with picket fence. It's a vintage home and attractive and clean and lovely artwork and aesthetics. Enjoy the beautiful sunset view from the loungeroom and dining room, you'll be walking distance to a lovely local park and further down (5kms) to Karkarook Park - a walkers track and lake for trout fishing! Home is in close proximity to a fruit and vegetable market with gorgeous local produce, fresh seafood and meat stores, an excellent family-run Greek cafe with the best coffee, a stunning Japanese family-run cafe is a walk away, Asian and Middle Eastern restaurants, leading supermarkets and buses and Clayton station is less than 2 km away. Surrounded by a diversely rich community of friendly people of Aussie, European Australian and Asian Australian cultures. The heart of Greek culture, Oakleigh, is the neighbouring suburb with every delicious souvlaki and cake shop imaginable. Local shopping strip is full of European and Asian bakeries, patisseries, gourmet delis, cafes, restaurants with international cuisine - Korean, Malaysian, Japanese, Italian, Vietnamese, Greek, Sri Lankan and more. My home is 15 minutes drive from Chadstone and 20 minutes from Dandenong market. My home has polished floors, shaded back patio with outdoor dining and fragrant jasmine, a herb bed and bougainvillea. Perfect for single person or a couple. Easy to work from home. Definitely a non smoker non vaper please. Home is filled with books, design magazines and architecture and cook books, Bose speakers for your iphone music. I have Wi Fi, digital radio, a blue ray/dvd player, lots of DVD movies and very large screen smart TV with Netflix, Paramount. And a great sound system.
Excellent quality queen size bed with beautiful quality fresh linen sheets, in a gorgeous bedroom shaded by a lilly pilly tree outside the window. Lovely crockery, espresso coffee machine, new gas stove and oven, new dishwasher, new washing machine, gas hot water, solar panels, central heating and evaporative cooling. Security doors both back and front. My home is suitable for someone who seeks a house for peace and aesthetics whilst having easy access to a friendly, diverse neighbourhood. A train ride away to the middle of the city with Federation Square, National Gallery, Museum and beautiful city arcades. I have the best neighbours too. Home is about 20 minutes to the beach (Bayside) by car.
