Require someone willing to refrain from cooking meat in my very small abode and care for two cats. It's a secluded bush property on a simple small solar system. Good phone signal. Engaging 4 wheel drive not needed in the dry but a 4 wheel drive with good clearance is always necessary. Sea breezes and small glimpses of the ocean. Possibility you can stay on for a time after I return. I have a caravan with a roof over with an added lean to. It's cooler than my dwelling. Home is about 6 or 7 kilometres from the sea, as the crow flies. 40 minutes drive to the beach at Evans Head. 30 minutes drive to a small town, surprisingly with good coffee.
