Hi there,
My home is a back-beach, National Park facing location containing 3 gorgeous pets in need of care during the Christmas holidays of 2024.
Our 1 level beach house backs onto a gorgeous coastal National Park with the Ocean beyond yes you can hear the waves and small the sea spray. Its an ideal position for Christmas and the New Year. We are a 3 bedroom, 2 living room {one with a further queen Sofa Bed}, 2 bathroom home with a super back yard space containing a fire pit and 5 person spa to unwind and enjoy.
All the rooms have AC/Heating and 2 gas fireplaces. Our 3 wonderful pets consist of a sprightly 11 year old golden Cocker Spaniel called Pepper, a calm sweet 8 year old chocolate Labrador called Coco and my little 3 year old character Rex, a British Bulldog who makes us all laugh and laugh. All are well trained, good walkers, polite dogs who love company, pats, food and walks. I don't expect someone to walk all 3 at once, a walk every other day would be wonderful and much appreciated.
A little about us, my kids and I moved from living overseas the kids {14 &19yrs} entire lives back to my birthplace the Mornington Peninsula due to the pandemic. We just love where we live now, a friendly 'local residents' street with a beautiful beach path right beside us, offering access to a wonderful surf beach and kilometres of beach paths and walks. You will require a car to get about though as we don't have shops very close by {3.7km}.
As far as care for the dogs, I feed the dogs twice a day, Pepper takes a pill for her Thyroid added to her food each meal and I give them all a squirt of Omega Oil Supplement. Otherwise they are healthy, fit happy dogs.
The home care is a whip about with the Dyson Stick Vac and a poop pick up every other day. Ill make sure the Spa will be ready to go and no further care required unless used every day then its just a scoop of chemical.
A friend of mine is a dog sitter for this business and she suggested I leave an add and see what happens so here I am. Happy to chat and provide pictures any time. Thanks for reading.
