We live on a rural property in Kyneton Victoria. We are on 7 acres of land and 5 minutes drive into town.
We have 2 beautiful burmese cats and a 16 year old cavoodle that live in the house and have a fully secure outdoor area. Cats can access through cat door but dog cannot. Dog does not need walking but if you are happy to walk with him around the property then that is all he needs.
We also have 3 (but purchasing a 4th soon) chickens that live in a fully secure chicken run and coop. You will be welcome to fresh eggs.
We have one lonely fish ( older ones have died)
We also have 2 sheep and 2 alpacas that are in fully fenced paddocks - they will only require a feed/treat once a week as they have access to lots of grass and water.
We require someone who is happy to live at our beautiful property. We have a very comfortable 4 bedroom house with adequate heating in all areas and a wood fire with plenty of wood. I have a pilates reformer bed, yoga mat and tv set up in one of the bedrooms that you would be welcome to use.
We also have a study set up and reliable satellite internet if you need to work from home.
Our main concern is that will require someone special as our 16 year old cavoodle is on medication twice daily. Sometimes we can hide it in his food however at other times he wont eat so we have to administer orally - which is easy to do.
As this will be winter the garden will be able to take care of itself - 2 house plants may require a little water if heating is on.
