Ninderry,  The best kept secret on the Sunshine Coast, QLD. We are looking for keen non-smoking house sitter(s) that will enjoy looking after our home and most importantly, Miss Tinsley our 11 year old Airedale. We need someone to keep her company and continue her routines. Her expectations are simple. She has had the same wonderful dog/house sitter for the past 8 years but sadly she is moving to Adelaide.  Someone that will include her in their daily rituals. She is not a lap dog but likes to know you are around. She sleeps a lot but can be very active for a short while and loves her daily walks, plays and loves a swim. You do not need to be house bound but we would prefer someone that works from home or studies. You will need to collect the mail from our PO Box in Yandina and perform the usual duties to keep the house, yard clean, tidy and daily duties required for a dog. We have wonderful coastal views, 3 bedrooms, ensuite, bathroom, studies, decks, small swimming pool and a spa. The garden is a steepish 1 1/4 acres. It may need some watering. We have water bowls for the wildlife that need changing daily.  Local visiting birds are our locals and we feed them. The area is semi rural/residential. The closest township is Yandina, 6km away, Nambour, about 12km and Coolum about 20km. So you will need a car. The lifestyle is relaxed and we look forward to sharing our part of paradise with keen, tidy like minded people that will care for Miss Tinsley and our wildlife.
