We do require you to be a non smoker/vaper.

Pets & farm animals

Sandy, 5 year old pomeranian; Marnie, 12 year old cat; Joe, 15 year old cockatoo (caged); plus 6 hens. Marnie will not allow another cat. If you have a small dog who won't bother Marnie or the hens that may be okay (Sandy loves company).

House Tasks

Minimal watering or gardening at this time of year. Empty mailbox, put bins out.
