I am looking for a non-smoking housesitter to mind my precious fur baby and executive style home in Port Stephens for an 8 week period from late August 2024 to late Oct 2024.Fur Baby Jessie is an Amercian Staffy rescue dog who is now 10 years old. She lives inside as part of the family and is a very loving and sensitive girl. She loves company and a daily walk of up to a few kms.My property is positioned in a highly sought after area of Port Stephens a short walk to the beach. It's a 4 bedroom modern brick residence on a 700sq block, positioned in a sought-after leafy address with lots of privacy. The split level house has ducted air conditioning, a modern kitchen including excellent coffee machine. A lovely lawn and gardens surround the house. Easy access to a range of shops, restaurants, cafes, and a short drive to Nelson Bay CBD and marina.
Pets & farm animals
A daily short walk with Jess would be great, plus feeding her once per day. Spending some time with Jess each day, she loves human company but is perfectly fine in the yard during the day while you are out and about. She sleeps inside at night. She's not great with other dogs especially if they bark at her. She gets a bit anxious so I avoid doggy parks and doggy beaches but is fine to walk on the lead around the neighbourhood however due to her walking enthusiasm and athletic physique she would be a bit too strong and energetic for a frail person.
House Tasks
Mowing the lawns once a month. Watering a few indoor and some outdoor plants every few days. Keeping the house clean.
