Modest older house located in Kew Melbourne, only 6 kms from the CBD, close to public transport, cafes, walking tracks and parks. House is on a main road but is quiet at nights. Low maintenance home so not much needed, watering the plants in the front yard but that should be it. Off street parking available if needed.All the usual things at the house, heating, cooling, internet, netflix, stan, no dishwasher though. Please get in touch if it's something that might work for you - we aren't sure if this is something that suits people so gauging interest before we make plans,
Pets & farm animals
1 small 17yr old elderly dog, would needs feeding and the occasional walk. With her older age she has got a little anxious and can be a little apprehensive with new people but we have had house sitters before and it has gone well with her creature comforts at home. We have noticed some strange behaviours with her wandering around the house at night and sometimes getting confused so you may get woken to help her find her way back to bed- possibly dementia? Sometimes she has also been urinating on our carpet as she forgets to go outside. We aren't stressed when it happens but it would need spraying. Please get in touch if it's something that might work for you - we aren't sure if this is something that suits people so gauging any possible interest before we make our travel plans. Will have also had a haircut by then so may not be as cute!
