About

My home is in North Fremantle on the top of a hill with views out to the ocean. There are two bedroooms, a bathroom and powder room available downstairs. There is a large living-dining-sitting area and another smaller sitting room. There is a pool, a fish pond and a small garden. The garden is fully reticulated, the reticulation needs to be checked occasionally to ensure that all the sprinklers are working. The house is surrounded by decking which may need occasional sweeping.

Pets & farm animals

My dog is a medium size labradoodle aged 8 years. He is very friendly and loving and at present I walk him every morning and take him to a park in the late afternoons. There is also a cat - he is a rescue animal and very nervous with stranger, He needs feeding morning and evening but otherwise looks after himself. There are also about 12 gold fish in an outdoor pond. The fish require feeding every day.

House Tasks

The pool is cleaned monthly by a contractor and but I usually remove the leaves half way between the contractor's visits. <br />Sweep decks if leaves build up.
