Dear interested house sitters.

I love travelling! There is so much to be seen and explored....
I am looking for a house sitter from the 26th May to the 25th June 2024.
I am living in Vermont South, opposite the 'Morack Golf Course', with a great view down the greens....
My house is a 'homey' home, with everyone so far feeling very welcomed. I am a tidy, non-smoking, house-proud, garden loving person.
Besides having 2 available bedrooms, I have 2 cats (ginger ninja Oliver- 4 years & black cat Friday-3 years), an ever providing veggie patch and a large deck.
I am looking for a mature person/ couple, with a bit of love for gardening and hopefully a green thumb.
Someone who is wanting to look after my home and menagerie, as if it was their own.
The local shopping center & tram is 1.6km away, Knox City about 4.5km. The closest bus stop is~500m, on Burwood Hwy/ Bunnings Vermont.
I have had several house sitters over the last years and think, that I have seen it all, so please note:
-My home and possessions are dear to me, I’d love you to treat everything with respect
-My car is not for use! It is not insured for other drivers...
-The cats are indoor at night (from about 5.30pm, after their dinner).
-I love my garden! It might require some watering and the occasional mow. If
you do see a weed, you are welcome to pull it out.
-Please do not have any parties, sleep overs etc.
-Please be at the house at night. My animals will make up with extra love.

Pets & farm animals

Ginger Ninja Oliver (4 years) and black cat Friday (3 years).<br />Both smoochy and love to climb onto ones lab. Feeding twice daily (dry in the morning and wet food at night). Cleaning litter trays after about 2 weeks and keeping trays clean.

House Tasks

please get mail, water as per weather (gardenbeds and veggies back and front), mow as needed, put bins out.<br />Enjoy the property and area!
