Large low block house with a pool on 2 acres. We are at Alice River a country suburb near Townsville . We are about 15 minutes from Willows Shopping Centre and we have a corner store and service station. We have 1 cat and several Gouldian finches and some budgies to be fed and looked after. There are pot plants to be watered and some time the lawn may need mowing with our ride on mower. There is room for a caravan and a spare room in the house for use It is a lovely quiet neighbourhood and every day kookaburras come down for a feed.
