Hi, My modern 1br apartment is situated on the ground floor of a large rear block. There is a courtyard off the bedroom and a bathroom off the bedroom. The lounge is open plan with the kitchen, looking out onto the garden. The flooring is floorboards , except the bedroom which is carpet. There is a European laundry, but I do not have a dryer, a clothes horse instead. The garden has a long table for 8 people, and is quite large, I am sure will enjoy it, although it will be June. There is heating and air con, wifi, stereo, sound bar. Walking distance to shops and transport right outside with a 2 minute walk. My dog is called Winkie and is 16 months old. She has a lovely personality, and wakes me every morning at 7.00 approx to be let out etc. the breaky, then a walk for an hour or longer. Then the same at 4.30 pm for another hour, home for dinner. Throughout the day she will sleep in and off and then want to play ball or play with you. The garden may need watering if it has not rained. The mail to be collected and that is about all that needs doing. Winkie needs the primary care and lots of love during the day.

Pets & farm animals

Corgi 16 months old, loves playing ball games in the park.

House Tasks

Look after Winkie the dog all day, 2 or 3 walks a day, feed twice a day. Water the garden if needed.
