As the photos show, the house is a three bedroom split level home though all the living is on the upper level. There is a wood heater if the need arises with a plentiful supply of wood available. All bedroom look out over the valley as does the lounge room.


The home is five minutes from Eumundi Markets so a visit there is a must if you’ve never been there. The home is situated around half an hour from some really beautiful beaches such as Coolum and Perigian and there are only around two sets of traffic lights between the house and the beach. The hinterland towns such as Montville, Maleny and Mapleton are around forty minutes away and definitely worth a visit. If you look at the proximity of North Arm on the map, you’ll see its pretty ell central to everything.
