3 bed,1 bath easy care property in Perth Hills. Lots of outside living area with 2 older dogs(border collie and beliguim shepherd) requiring company more than anything.Lots of bush walks, local artists and cafes,and just 10 minutes down the hill to main shops,hospitals etc. catch the train to the city or Fremantle or enjoy Swan Valley Wineries close by. The best time of the year to be in the Hills as the creeks are running and everything is green.

Pets & farm animals

Derby-13 years old easy going border collie<br />Bella 16 years old-needs company and pats<br />Not on any medication,sleep in the house. Just a short walk 20 minutes once or twice a week now. Use our car as its small and easy for them to get in.

House Tasks

water the pot plants every few days and water the lawn/garden(depends on weather).Mow if possible or our son can come and do it. He is also around if you need anything but mostly at work.<br />We are hoping to find house sitters who are around a bit and not out all the time as the dogs are old and need company.
