Looking for dog & cat Lover in my charming and very cosy Katoomba home. My Australian Ranch style house is set on a peaceful 1/2 acre with a lovely running creek. . A short 10-15 minute stroll takes you into the Katoomba shops and cafes with a hill or two! Or 2 minute drive by car. I am 1 1/2 hour drive by car to Sydney or 2 hour train journey Katoomba to Central Station. We will have a handover period, as I'd like to introduce you to my dog & cat and house. Looking for a mature couple, or mature single person, that are happy to be at home part of the day.
Pets & farm animals
Brindi: indoor/outdoor 17 yr old CAT, she Loves people and cuddles. Partially deaf and back legs are slowly deteriorating. Can be out on veranda sofa on sunny day, but must be locked inside at night, will use kitty litter tray. 8 yr old female border collie/cross, Rosie. Can get over excited when visitors arrive, loves her ball, sleeps inside at night. Will needed a handover period for her to get to trust you. Need a confident dog lover. Can discuss more over phone if interested.
House Tasks
Look after my dog and cat. Water pot plants on veranda and small plants in back and front garden. Collect mail. Keep house clean and tidy.
