Hi. I have a lovely 3 bedroom home overlooking an oval and within walking distance to the main street, post office and hospital.
The front garden is all natives and the back is pretty easy care.. lawn is under automatic watering system. I have pot plants, and plants that require some watering.
I have a beautiful black cat that will enjoy a cuddle at night.
House has had some very new renovations eg painted, new carpets and new kitchen and I am keen for someone to take good care of it

Pets & farm animals

I have a Black cat (Missy) who doesn't have a mean bone on her body. She is an indoor/out door cat. Can be caged outside at night but loves a warm lap and a cuddle.

House Tasks

Occasionally mowing...Ryobi mower...and weeding and watering of pot plants.
Can collect mail.
Keep house clean and tidy.
