We live in Mount Helen, in a beautiful quiet location,12 minutes drive to Ballarat Central. We are looking for a mature , retired couple, non smoking, who love animals..we have 2 very lovable, affectionate female cats, Millie, a beige 6 year old snowshoes cat, and Dusty, a 8 y o beige ragdoll. We also have a very friendly miniature dachshund who will be 3 by these dates.The cats are mostly indoor cats, especially at night, and have an outdoors area as well. Winnie, our dachshund is extremely friendly, loves walks and to sit on your lap.Our home is a modern home on a 1/3 acre with easy to care for beautiful landscaped gardens. Required tasks are caring for our fur babies, watering our pots and garden and mowing a small area of lawn when required ,maintaining an easy care home,and collecting mail. Our home is very comfortable, open plan with split system heating and cooling, and has 2 lovely decks with tranquil garden views. House sitters would be able to use our wifi and watch Netflix, Stan, etc on our smart tv's. House sitters have use of our lockup garage with entrance to the house and we have a separate caravan parking space if required onsite. Great walking tracks are on our doorstep. We are just 5-10 minutes to the shops. Easy access to tourist attractions including one of Victoria's most famous attractions Sovereign Hill. Enjoyable easily accessible country drives to Geelong, Daylesford, Trentham, Castlemaine, Kyneton, Buninyong, etc, to just name a few. You will find our home extremely clean and comfortable and thoroughly enjoy the surrounding areas.
