This is a five bedroom home located in Sydney's upper north shore on about half an acre. The house is located within easy access to the train line (less than 1km) and has off-street parking. There is a heated swimming pool (warmer months only), undercover verandah/BBQ area and private garden. It is close to bushwalks, the local park and is a short drive/walk to the shopping/cafe areas of Gordon (1.5km) & Lindfield (2km). The major shopping area of Chatswood is about a 10 minute drive (also accessible via train) and Macquarie is about 15 minutes.

There is one guest bedroom with a King bed for your use. This room has its own bathroom (shower only) and is located in a very quiet part of the house.

The house has WiFi and subscription TV channels. There is reverse cycle air conditioning and the main living area has under-floor heating for the colder months.

There is room to park your car off street but not in a garage.

We leave early morning of the 22nd and return early evening on the 19th - flights working to plan of course.

Applicants will need to provide a copy of their passport or drivers licence, recent references (who can be contacted in person) and be prepared to sign an agreement covering the terms of the house-sit. A police check would be a bonus too. Please do not apply if you are unable to attend an interview.
