A beautiful spacious townhouse in the heart of Semaphore. Fully furnished and equipped. You'll be living one block away from the trendiest street on Semaphore, Semaphore Road, where you'll find lovely cafes, famous pubs and a great variety of restaurants within the area. It's only a 3 min walk to Semaphore beach and 5 min walk to the closest bus station.
This cozy townhouse offers a functional kitchen that is fully equipped with all necessities. The living area has a large comfy sofa that seats three, good size coffee table and a cute entertainment area that seat 2, fully tiled small bathroom with toilet, vanity and mirror, and an outdoor private paved garden to relax and unwind.
On the second floor there's two bedrooms, full-length mirror, ample wardrobe spaces and a fully tiled private bathroom with a toilet, vanity, mirror bathtub and standing rain shower.
This charming townhouse has partial beach-views, beach access, and private carport that can be accessed through the side street.
This would be the first time I'd be leaving my 1,5 year old cat and I need someone I can trust has enough experience in looking after cats, can provide my cat with love, play time and cover all his needs. Like all animals he feels and absorbs all energies so its imperative that the sitter I allow into our home ticks all those boxes.

Kippy is an indoor cat, fun to be around, friendly, not aggressive at all, quite shy at times specially when he doesn't know you or if people around him are too loud. He loves feminine vibes and once he feels safe, he's all for cuddles and tummy rubs.
Kippy is a rescue cat found roaming on the street with less than thee weeks old. Since my partner and I adopted him our lives changed for the better. He is our baby boy and can't imagine our lives without him in them.
House Tasks
- Change, clean and serve fresh filtered water (tab located in the kitchen sink) to Kippy on a daily bases.
- Keep his dry food bowl full so he can serve himself whenever his hungry.
- Feed him twice a day with 1.5 - 2 sachets of wet food. Clean the bowl regularly.
- Clean his litter box regularly. His litter has a clumping action which means you just need to get rid of the soiled litter and for easy disposal you can just flush it, but be careful not to clog the toilet.
- Water plants if you feel like they need it.
