My house is an old brick and tile located within walking distance of the train station, shopping centre, pubs and restaurants..5 minute drive to beach. This is a long 3 month housesit so I am looking for someone who will pay for the water, electricity and gas they use however I will pay the connection fees which make up the bulk of the bills. Grass is currently dead but will need mowing in winter. Prefer someone quiet. No parties or pets. My neighbors are quiet. Thank you..
