Looking for someone to come and stay in our small but modern house located in Maloney's Beach, at Batemans Bay on the NSW South Coast. Walking distance to several pristine beaches and across the road from the Murramarang National Park. Bus stop into town is out the front of the house. There is an open wood fire to keep the winter days cozy.
We have a dog and a cat, who still after 9 years still don't see eye to eye but tolerate each other.

Pets & farm animals

Our dog 'Cody' needs a walk every day and will want much attention. he has anxiety and will give you a large welcome when you return from a day out. . We ask that you clean up any poops in the back garden.
Our Cat 'Charlotte' is a stubborn old lady who enjoys her space. She is an indoor cat so a kitty tray will need emptying daily.
