4 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom home with a/c and wood fire heater on a rural 5 acre block with veggie gardens, chickens, a horse and one dog. If you are looking for a stay in the country, then this is ideal for you.

Pets & farm animals

One horse (Tani) who is very easy to care for, just a feed morning and night and check her water.<br /><br />One Staff X female dog (Memphis) who loves car rides and to fetch her Kong or sticks. Give her a bone and she is happy. Lots of pats are a non-negotiable.<br /><br />We have approxiately 18 chickens and a rooster who are all very friendly. They need to be let out each morning and locked up again at dusk. Check food and water daily. We do collect food scraps from the local cafe down in Picton each afternoon. Vehicle is supplied for this commute along with your very own security detail (Memphis). She loves to go and pick up the buckets each day.

House Tasks

Possibly mow the lawns with a ride one mower, water pot plants and veggies gardens.
