Large house, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms with beautiful gardens with sauna and pool in beautiful Rosebud on the Mornington Peninsula. Property also has basement bar/man cave.
House borders on the Rosebud country club, gate at bottom of garden to golf course, lawn bowls, bar and restaurant.
Have 2 dogs, beagle and Labrador, extremely friendly and loving, great with other animals and kids. Also have two beautiful, affectionate cats, Tonkinese and Maine coon.

Pets & farm animals

Two dogs as above, fed and walked twice a day. Cats fed and litter box changing.
