We live in Ballarat, in a beautiful quiet neighbourhood location, 12 minutes drive to Ballarat Central. We are looking for a mature , retired couple or single, non smoking, who love animals. We have 2 very lovable, affectionate female cats, Millie, a beige snowshoes cat, and Dusty, a beige ragdoll. We also have an extremely friendly miniature dachshund Winnie who loves walks and cuddles . All 3 are very easy to look after. We have a modern, easy to care for home on a 1/3 acre with well laid out gardens. It is bright, open plan with split system heating/cooling and has 2 lovely decks with tranquil garden views.
Required tasks are caring for our fur babies, watering our pots and garden when required, maintaining an easy care home, mowing our small area of lawn if needed and collecting mail. You would be able to use our wifi and watch BritBox, Stan, Amazon Prime, etc on our smart tv's. House sitters have use of our lockup garage with entrance to the house and we have a separate caravan parking space if required onsite.
Your large bedroom has an ensuite and you will have a good night’s sleep in our quiet neighbourhood. Great walking tracks are on our doorstep. We are just 5-8 minutes to the shops. Numerous tourist attractions are on our doorstep such as Sovereign Hill and Lake Wendouree. We have enjoyable easily accessible country drives to Geelong, Daylesford, Trentham, Castlemaine, Kyneton, Buninyong, etc, to just name a few.
You will find our home extremely clean and comfortable and thoroughly enjoy the surrounding areas during our beautiful Spring season..
