Our home is a detatched house that is set back off the street behind security gates, so lovely, peaceful, safe & secure It's in a desirable location in the village of Erskineville affectionately known as the "Erko" We are just over the road from the infamous Imperial Hotel (the pub they depart from in the movie *Priscilla Queen of the Desert*) home of drag queen nights.
Our village has a great relaxed community vibe & just a short stroll to Newtown for all it's amazing restaurants & cafes.
We have 3 different train stations no more than 6 minutes walk away. So very convenient to get around our lovely city & just 3 train stops into the city.
Would prefer a mature quiet housesitter/s that would be out the house at times. Must have references & current police checks

Pets & farm animals

- Alfie & Steffie are Brother & Sister Tuxedo Cats that we rescued as ferals over 10 years ago, we've domesticated them into house cats however around strangers they are still very timid & hide from the housesitters for the first couple of days. Depending on the house sitter they have come out within 1-7 days. <br />They are generally low maintenance & behave themselves - requiring just feeding twice a day & their litter trays cleaned regularly. <br />They get fed a mixture of dry biscuits, canned food & raw pet meat of which we will leave instructions.<br />Full Disclosure they are house cats but Alf has learnt how to open the sliding doors onto the deck & went AWOL for 24 hours with our last housesitter - so etc vigilance will be needed to ensure he is not around when you are going outside as we don't want him to go outside. <br /><br />Tres is a neighbourhood stray that has adopted us & spends a lot of time on our back deck as it's protected & safe for her - sadly despite encouragement she doesn't want to live indoors with us & walks away if we get too close to her. She gets fed & watered but goes off to do her business so one less litter tray.

Care for our fur babies - Alfie, Steffie & Tres - stay in contact, keep us regularly updated on their wellbeing via wattsapp chat, emails etc <br />Ideally daily photos & messages <br /><br />Alf is the one with the white chin <br />Stef (a.k.a Giz) is the one lying on the bed & in the leopard print bed<br />Tres (a.k.a Charlie) is the completely black one looking in the door - although runs off as soon as we try to usher her in
