Our house is located opposite to Launceston's popular tourist attraction Tamar Islands Wetland .Centre, an easy 12 mins drive to Launceston CBD.
Nestled amidst native bush, vibrant gardens, and abundant wildlife, The house itself offers an extraordinary retreat against the backdrop of breathtaking views. It provides the perfect base for exploring the wonders of Northern Tasmania. Inside, The entire house is spacious & light-filled with amazing views from everywindow. It exudes an irresistible charm, adorned with oriental-style decor and an eclectic collection of cherished antiques, It offers a perfect blend of old-world charm and modern comforts. Please note that we do require the sitter to provide references, police check, and a security deposit of $1,000 to cover potential damages to the properties and to cover half of the utilities used by the sitters. We could also offer a car at marginal cost to our sitters.

Pets & farm animals

There are 2 cats who will be living in the house. One called Pinot (a British Blue) and one called Baijio (a white Ragdoll), They are very independent and low maintenance, They come in and out of the house via cat flap as they please. Just need to be fed twice a day, They do their business outside.

House Tasks

We are looking for someone suitable to feed the cats and water the veggies and garden occassionally & keep the house in the same great condition as we leave it.
