Quiet cul de sac location, lush and green. The house has a completely fenced in backyard and a garage. There is also a covered back-veranda. The garden is low maintenance. The lawns are easy to mow with my battery mower and no other gardening is required unless you feel like it. The house has a modern fireplace, reverse cycle air-con and is serviced by instant gas hot water. Oven and stove are gas as well. NBN broadband from the curb ensures fast internet connection throughout the house. A Smart TV and a small, but good sound system is your in-house entertainment.
You will have access to my E-bike which will serve as your main form of transport in town if you are that way inclined. I hardly ever use the car in town!
I share the house with a large dog, Duggie. He is a 6 year old, gentle and friendly Rottie x Great Dane. He is a low maintenance dog who is used to having time on his own since I work full time. There is a beautiful, off lead dog park 5 mins walk from the house. Duggie is good on and off the lead.

Pets & farm animals

One large 6 yr old Rottie x Great Dane male. Friendly, gentle, calm and low maintenance. Used to spend time on his own when I work. Happy in the backyard but needs a walk every day. Medicated with monthly injection for arthritis and will need one visit to the local vet for that while I'm away.

House Tasks

Keep the place tidy, mow the lawns if needed (easy job with the battery lawn mower) and feel free to garden if you are that way inclined.
