Property description - Our two-storey home is in Sandringham. Very quiet neighbours and neighbourhood.

Main bedroom upstairs with walk in robe, private space overlooking park. Downstairs study with large electric stand-up desk, bathroom with bath, laundry (no dryer). Open plan kitchen (dishwasher), living and dining area with floorboards. Lots of glass and natural light throughout. Ducted heating and air-conditioning. Low maintenance garden. Ducted vaccuum and iRobot vaccuum. Off-street parking (probably, if we sort out the garage!).

WiFi internet, pay TV (Stan, Netflix, Prime).

2kms from beach, shops and train (< 30 mins walk, < 15 mins bike ride). Bus is close by to train, Southland.

Pets & farm animals

2x 10 year old rescue cats - Metro (male) and Rivoli (female). Both desexed, microchipped and registered.<br /><br />Feed twice a day, check/clean/replenish food and multiple water bowls.<br /><br />Both are indoor at night cats. Have to be inside between dusk and dawn. They usually come when called (I also have them trained to come to a bell).<br /><br />There are three kitty litter trays, must be cleaned as required.<br /><br />One is quite anxious and until comfortable with new people, both cats should remain inside at all times. They are used to this.<br /><br />Cats are used to sleeping on bed, one very happy to sit on your lap, the other likes to sit next to you, not on you.<br /><br />Vet is 5 mins away by car.

House Tasks

Main purpose is to look after our two cats - really our fur-babies. Seeking a quiet person or couple as quiet neighbours and neighbourhood, and we are quiet so cats are not used to much noise at all. Collect mail please, but no gardening required. And to please send photos as I will miss them.
