Require mature house-sitter for 6 extremely well-behaved and quiet Persian cats in a well appointed and comfortable Federation home.
Must love cats and be prepared to put in some time with grooming them.
Stroll through the large garden and relax or spend time at the local cafes, we're just 1 km from a shopping centre and 8km from CBD. Very close to parks and reserves and Parramatta River. A short 5 minute walk to buses and 10 minutes to ferries.
Cats are Persians and are indoor cats except for 1 who has his own cattery outside the back door.
Feeding is required morning and night.
Two self cleaning litter boxes and 1 regular litter tray inside the house.
Outdoor cattery has 1 litter tray.
Grooming involves combing fur plus wiping eyes with a cotton make-up pad and water/eye solution. Some powder is then applied just below the eyes with a cotton tip.
Takes about 30 minutes all up.
Vacuum with a stick Dyson Vacuum cleaner is required every few days.

Must love cats and be familiar with combing longhair cats as well as willing to follow instructions regarding daily cleaning of cats faces.
Would prefer mature person or couple and someone who is likely to be there most of the day.

Daily requirements
Clean litter trays once daily. Self Cleaning litter boxes will need emptying of canister every 3-4 days.
Some hand watering of potted plants on verandah and rear garden

6 Persian cats. All indoors except for one in outside run.<br />Must love cats and would prefer mature person or couple. but open to all enquiries.

House Tasks

Feed cats . (Cats twice daily)<br />Groom Persians, and wipe their eyes with cotton make-up pad .<br />Daily grooming is a comb through. to keep fur knot free.<br />Takes about 35-40 minutes all up.<br />Clean non-self cleaning litter tray.<br />Empty canister of self cleaning litter tray every 3 days.<br />Vacuum house with Dyson stick vacuum<br />Some hand watering of garden and potted plants if needed. Main garden is under irrigation..
