Modern spacious kitchen and bathroom, TV and mobile coverage. Air Con. You will need your own WiFi. NBN is connected, you will need your own account as I do not have one. Dorroughby is 25 minutes from Lismore city, 45 minutes to Byron Bay, 20 minutes to Bangalow and an hour from Coolangatta or Ballina airport. It is on a macadamia orchard, less than five minutes to DUNOON general store, fuel, Post office and sports Club. This is such a great area and so much to do, Bush walking. 45 minutes to SURF at Byron Bay, Broken Head or Ballina..
Room for a caravan if required.

One Meow: <br />Lulubelle - Pure Moggy!<br />She needs to be inside by late afternoon until 7am or thereabouts.<br />She loves a walk and pat.

House Tasks

Please collect the mail. And spend time with Lulubelle so she has her daily human pats. <br />Water pots and garden around house. <br />Keep birdbath and dishes filled with water daily. <br />Simply enjoy the peaceful area and the bush walk's and other activities available.
