Large 4 bedroom older style home. Few perks and quirks with the place that come from the age of it, just some wonky floors and a bare bones kitchen but it works nicely for my needs.

Located right near the local hospital and a short walk to the CBD area. Ideal for using public transport if needed.

Horsham is an ideal spot to set up base camp for exploring the Little Dessert National Park and the Grampians National Park.

All bills will be covered by myself, in exchange you will have to care for a low maintenace dog and an indoor cat.

Yard maintenance has been arranged with a friend, so this isn't expected of you.

Families are welcome, however please note the home only has a queen size bed and a king single. I am open to getting additional beds if required.

Huge yard so you are also welcome to stay in your caravan in the yard if you prefer.

Pets & farm animals

Indoor cat. Approx 3 years old. Very quiet and keeps to herself.<br /><br />Husky x, surprisingly happy to just enjoy the backyard and doesn't need huge walks.

Collect mail.<br />Clean up after yourself.<br />Cherish the pets.
