Hi we are after a genuine kind hearted, respectful gentle person to look after and enjoy our beloved Moodle family and home. The Moodles are family and it is vital we have the right loving energy, a gentle person to come in. The 4 leggeds are easily cared for, sweetest little loving dogs. Someone that can work from home, or retried. We are fine with a couple. We live in a beautiful area, Ocean Shores, north NSW, great local shops, two minutes away, including, health foods, medical centre, organic shops, cafes etc really close by and just far enough away. The lovely nth coast beaches and magnificent tidal river also not far away. Our main focus in here is a spiritual, loving way of life-Being. We work from home, including online, (internet is fast). We Travel OS holding meditation retreats at least twice a year, dates mentioned above and also the second sitting dates are Jan 8 th-22nd 2025, only if possible. As we would ideally like to get established person or couple available we can rely on, and or even rotate with another sitter so the 4 leggeds know you and you them as it is big for us the leave them. We know each other.
The house is elevated outlook tree tops, glorious skies, 49 steps garden and wooden steps from the carport to the front entry ( coles delivers to the front door, great for the basics) and also internal stairs up to bedrooms. Our Moodle family, mum dad, and their 2 pups born on the 24 july 2023. They are incredibly important family members so please only someone that is focused on loving the Moodle family and enjoying the nth coast apply. The dogs are 4 unique characters all very very sweet little loves, that will love you and we ask you to love them. Someone that can work from home, or retried. I am fine with a couple. The Moodle family will be groomed before leaving so no fuss coats (they don't shed). They like to be close and snuggle up on couches, and running up down backyard steps. They eat, play sleep together and we have our routines. They have the run of the decked areas and the tired back yard. We can sleep snuggled up together and they also like other spots in the bedroom. Our usual sitter cant get away from her work anymore. Its time to find the right person that is available, ideally enjoys twice a year pet and house sitting. With focus on the 4 legged sweet hearts. You wont need to take them away from the house they have plenty of exercise playing together and garden play while we are away. The house has a lovely evaluation, main areas and bedrooms have reverse aircon, bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. There is another bathroom downstairs and another shower hot/cold outdoor on the ground level. The house with its beautiful native tree top outlook, glorious bird life, verandahs, outside fire box makes a delightful place to live in. The house includes fully equipped home, kitchen, including bedding, a good book spiritual book shelf smart tv makes for very comfortable living. The dishwasher, washing machine and dryer theres no mowing, There a garden blower, easy quick way to get leaves and gum nuts off the decks and putting the occasional palm frond into the green bins for maintance, the large pots are on a automatic sprinkler.
