Located in leafy Montmorency Sth 3094, 4 Br home with 3 Bathrooms 1980's mostly renovated brick home. The house has a large deck with a bbq over looking beautiful trees with a large back yard. Close to train, cafes and local super markets short walk away. . Many walking paths and ovals close by. Our 6 year old Lab x Staffie is just like a cat, loves to cuddle up and enjoys walks. we require someone who can keep our house tidy, pick up dogging mess and care for our beautiful boy. we're non smokers, we have weekly bins and mail collections is all we ask. No parties please and no extra stayers.

Pets & farm animals

Laddie, a 6 year old Lab X (Staffie) rescue pup from 7 months. Loves cuddles and laying with you while chilling out watching TV. Doesn't like delivery drivers/mail/utilities people entering the property ( protective instincts. Love sleeping in his crate with the door closed ( ever since he was a puppy). Loves his daily walks and is happy to go for a light run on a lead. Not the best at returning when called off the lead. Likes other dogs and is always up to say hello. Is on a regular dry dog food diet twice a day.

House Tasks

Pretty simple, keep the house tidy, collect the mail, gardening is always welcome, doggy do do collection from the back yard. Rubbish bins require weekly care.
