My unit is in a lovely 70s block with gardens, and some nice, friendly neighbours. My unit has had some updates over the years and is certainly comfortable. There is a TV in the bedroom as well as in living room.It's in a great location with three to four minutes' walk to tram (22 mins to city)/train (16 mins to city)/bus.In the local strip, there are loads of cafes and restaurants, cinema, bowling clubs X 2, pub, RSL, supermarket, and five minutes drive or fifteen minutes walk to the beach. Other shopping areas are close by.The double bed would suit one person or a couple. Undercover parking for one car is available, with extra on-street parking. My cat is a lovely ginger. She utilises the outdoors for limited times, and would benefit from your company whilst you're enjoying a drink on the ground floor balcony. There are other cats in the 'hood, so essential to let her out only when you are available and at home. Pets & farm animals
One cat (Freyja) who is pretty easy to have around. She loves the outdoor life, so may not need the kitty litter (but it's there if needed). She is fed twice daily.
