House Sitter Needed for Charming Renovated Home with Gardens and Elderly Pet Rats

About Our Home:

Single dwelling home 0n a large block (with mostly native) gardens front and back. Recently renovated, it offers a cozy and comfortable living environment.

Beautiful Gardens: Serenity now. Perfect for relaxing or enjoying a cup of tea.

Convenient location: Easy access to public transport, ample parking for your vehicle. Large driveway that is caravan friendly.

Spacious Garage and workbench:
The property includes a garage equipped with plenty of tools, ideal for those who enjoy tinkering or building.

What We’re Looking For:

A responsible individual or couple with a love for animals, particularly experienced or comfortable with small pets. We have two "fancy" pet rats named Peter Quill and Sam Wilson. They are both over two years old now with their main focus in life being their evening meals and lots of pats.

We also need someone who can commit to some gardening and indoor plant care and who appreciates nature. We have a large birdbath in the front yard that is used by magpies, wattlebirds, ravens, butcherbirds and honeyeaters to name a few. It may sound silly but keeping that birdbath filled and clean is quite an important task as many birds rely on it.

An individual who will appreciate and maintain the charm and character of our home.
