Our house is in beautiful Bayside, 10 min walk to Highett or Moorabbin train station and only 5 min drive to Hampton and Sandringham beach. We've got a 3-room house very tidy and clean with front yard and backyard in 400 sqm land fully fenced. We got cctv cameras outside for your security and electric gate. It's possible to park outside or inside under the carport. We have Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney + for entertainment.
Polly is our rescued kelpie, a sweetheart full of beans. She loves the couch and cuddles and won't make a noise at night. She's fully trained and very affectionate. She needs at least 1h of high activity per day, she loves going to the beach, playing at the dog park, hide and seek, tug of war and the footy ball. It's very important for her wellbeing so we strictly need someone active who goes for a run or walks a minimum of 1h per day up to 2 hours. The garden areas need minimum care being winter and inside probably only once the plants will need to be watered. For the rest, we just ask for our main room not to be used and keep the house clean and tidy as it was yours. For helping on the cleaning we got a robot vacuum too.
We are happy for the house sitting to start earlier than our departing date on July 13th if required.
Car can be used for pet transportation.
