House is situated in the Perth eastern suburbs (South Guildford), 5km to the famous Swan Valley, 2km to historic town Guildford and in close distance to Midland Gate shopping centre.
South Guildford is a new estate and all neighbours are very friendly and we all know each other very well. IGA, General Practice, Coffee Shop, Chemist and some small eatery places are all ion walking distance from the house.
The house is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom modern house with a medium size outdoor area. .
We are looking for someone mature (preferably 60+ but not essential), caring and house proud who is clean, tidy and loves animals. A police clearance is highly recommended with good references.

Pets & farm animals

You are required to look after a 14 year old Greyhound and a Persian Cat (16 years old).<br />Diamond, the greyhound is enjoying home life. She loves someone to have around the house. She has no major health issue, however, given her age she can't do longer walks on hot days and prefers morning walks. She is affectioned and loves watching TV with you on the lounge or just watch you cook. <br />Salem, the cat is an inside cat mainly and only wanders out the back but does not venture out the front EVER. <br />Diamond has a set routine, so she will need to be walked in the morning between 6 & 8am and again between 2 & 4.30 pm. <br />She also loves a ride in the car to one of the nearby parks.<br />NOTE: Diamond & Salem getting monthly arthritis injections and you are required to take them to the local Vet once.

House Tasks

The garden is on reticulation and only few indoor plants and outdoor plants need to be watered by hand once a week. <br />The back lawn need to be mowed maybe three times during the time. <br />Other general tasks is the usual, collect mail, put out rubbish bin, general cleanliness of house.
