Large two story California bungalow in a central neighbourhood nook. Close to tram, short walk to the local shops, park and merri creek trail. 3 bdrm + study/play room. Two bathroom. Open plan kitchen and dining. Large backyard and deck.

Pets & farm animals

Two fur babies to take care of! One 11 year old GSP/Staffy and one 9 year old Retriever X. Super affectionate, but happy to come and go via doggie door, so provided one good walk and park visit per day they're very easy to care for. <br /><br />When you are home they will follow you around and demand pats on the couch so a dog lover would be best suited. <br /><br />Both animals require two meals per day. <br /><br />The have free run of the house so do expect couch cuddles (this is a requirement).

House Tasks

Collect mail. Bins. Water indoor plants, look after the animals (food, exercise, clean up) :)
