Off grid home on 5 acres in small township of Cavendish, s/w Victoria. Two very friendly dogs (Border Collie & Aussie Shepherd), three cats, aviary with lots of birds, aquarium and 10 pet sheep. Animal care only.. No gardening required. Minimal house work. Enjoy the area and the Grampians. 25km to Hamilton for all shopping.
