Narrow 2-storey workers terrace with backyard and balcony to sit in the sun. Walking distance from Newtown, Erskineville and St Peters train stations and bus on the main road. Suitable for 1-2 quiet residents; vegan/vege preferred. Due to the house's old age and fragility it's not suitable for teenagers or children. Combined living/dining area is comfortable enough although not contemporary nor brand new! Free-to-air TV and Wi-Fi and a couple of portable tables for your laptop. No animals to mind, but there are neighbouring cats and a magpie in the backyard to talk to. Requirements are to maintain a visible presence for part of the day and to water specific special plants.

House Tasks

Collect mail, maintain cleanliness, make sure certain plants are watered, collect sticks and sweep/rake enough outside to look lived in, put bins out Thursday nights (Green one bi-weekly) and retrieve Fridays.
