Hi, we would love you enjoy our beautiful home. You would be welcomed with a gift of goodies .... , biscuits, ,milk, bread, chocolates, fresh fruit & wine You will be left with a manual of everything necessary you need to make you feel comfortable while house sitting. eg, emergency contacts, vet details, appliance manuals, rubbish bin days, pet food etc Our home is 3 bedroom 1950's weatherboard house with 2 bathrooms and our house is kept nice and clean. We are all non smokers. Main bedroom has ensuite. Our house is gorgeous and we sit up high and our backyard looks out on a council parkland. We love our garden and you will only have a little light watering of some areas. We grow vegetables and herbs in different areas of our garden, please enjoy while here. Happy for you to potter around our garden if you have green thumbs and enjoy as we do. We have a lovely elevated outdoor deck and bbq area overlooking the parkland. We are close to the railway station, This is accessible by walking 15 mins or bus out in springvale rd ( 5 minutes walk from our house). This train line goes direct to the city in about 30 minutes. There is also a bus route on Springvale rd which goes to many places too including the beach. We have a 6 year old German shorthair pointer called George. He is easy to look after, obedient, likes a daily walk & sleeps inside on his bed at night. We have 2 cats who all sleep in the laundry at night. They like a little time outside during the day. . All our cats are super easy to look after and have no special needs and love company. Our house has airconditioning, 3 split systems. We have Netflix and basic channels on Foxtel. We have great neighbours, only a small street. Our neighbourhood is great, lots of lovely cafes,major shopping centres near by and accessible by public transport too, We close to lots of parks and beautiful areas for walking too We have a carport for one car under here and can fit 2 cars in our driveway. We don't use security cameras but we have excellent neighbours and we are always looking out for each other. You will feel very safe in our home. We have lived here a very long time.
