About

Our home is a low set, brick, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home and is located in Loganlea. It sits on an acre of land with lawns and gardens. There is a fully self contained granny flat/unit separate from the main house. BBQ area, Electric gates. Plenty of room to store a motorhome or caravan. Saturday and Sunday papers delivered. Coffee machine.

Pets & farm animals

Chester is our 11 year old Doberman. He is a velcro dog, meaning he just loves company and sticks to you like glue. We don't walk him as he has bad social manners plus being on an acre he gets all the exercise he needs. He does suffer from arthritis and is on monthly meds to help him. Unfortunately we are unable to have other dogs here due to Chesters inability to play.

House Tasks

Please<br />Care for and feed Chester<br />Collect mail, <br />Water potted and hanging plants.<br />Keep driveway, patios and bbq areas clear of leaves.<br />Lawns shouldn't require mowing hopefully.<br />There is a bird bath that I like to keep clean and filled for our feathered visitors.<br />Take out and bring in rubbish bins please.
