We have a 3/4 acre block in Tinana, a suburb of lovely historic Maryborough Qld. 30 minutes from Hervey Bay and the beaches. The house is a lovely older style house on a battle axe block with a secruity gate to keep the dogs in.. We are situated within walking distance to some shops.We have two dogs, a staffy cross and a bull arab both very friendly. Because of the size of the block they do not require walking but there is a lovely big park close by if you are so inclined' There is undercover parking for vehicle and caravan if you have one. What would be required from us is dog care, some watering of pot plants and if required some garden watering if dry weather..
