Cute house situated on a good sized block of land with plenty of room to enjoy a BBQ on the patio or relax on the deck. Close to (walking distance) to 2 train stations, parks, fish and chips, and groceries and home to an adorable Kelpie Cross female dog (9-year-old so no puppy energy here!) who loves cuddles, pats, and nose boops.

We are looking for someone to take care of the house, walk the dog and generally just not burn the house down and give attention to our dog.
